About the role
As part of Intelligrow’s lending technology team you will evolve core workflows for NBFCs and MFIs, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to audited releases alongside product and QA.
What you will do
- Design and build reliable lending domain services
- Participate in code reviews and production troubleshooting
- Work with Postgres/MySQL-backed APIs consumed by LOS and LMS modules
What we're looking for
- Hands-on backend experience (Java or similar stacks)
- Strong SQL fundamentals and REST API conventions
- Clear written communication across distributed teams
