SACCOs are the most common financial institutions all over India. Some of the Sacco Software Features involve Registration of Members, Registration of Clients, Module (KYC) – Know your Client – it allows capture Client biodata, social-economic data, and any other important information about the Client. The system also generates a loan application number in a specified format The module can generate an automated electable SMS/email alert as the loan is processed.

It helps to generate the loans which are guaranteed by the applicant and their statuses. It also helps to generate the number of loans guaranteed by guarantors and their statuses. The system also helps to generate an application number for loans in a specified format. It can generate an automated SMS/email alert once the loan is processed


When an application is received must need to inform the borrower and the timelines expected. Inform the guarantors to a loan needs to extent of their guarantee. Inform the borrower when once the loan is approved and if there any fees payable before disbursement of the loan. Inform the borrower when funds are released. The system gives for a maker, checker, and approver in all loan procedures. The person who appraises may not approve. After getting approval from Committee where a loan has to be approved by specified persons. The system will allow for a full loan approval. . When once a loan is fully approved by the system it notifies the accounts department for pending payments from the loans department. The system allows for online approval by the loans committee and disbursement of funds by authorized signatories.
