Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Intelligrow, you will work closely with financial institutions, product teams, and implementation specialists to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions. You will play a key role in digital transformation initiatives involving core banking, lending, collections, and financial services platforms.

-Conduct requirement gathering workshops with clients and stakeholders -Analyze lending, savings, collections, and operational workflows -Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications -Work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams -Support solution design and business process improvements -Participate in UAT planning and validation activities -Assist in data migration and process mapping exercises -Document business requirements and implementation recommendations -Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams -Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements

-1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant -Strong understanding of financial services, lending, banking, or fintech operations -Experience gathering and documenting business requirements -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Ability to understand both business and technical concepts -Experience working on software implementation projects -Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, IT, or related field

-Experience with Core Banking Systems, Lending Platforms, LOS, or LMS solutions -Understanding of NBFC, MFI, SACCO, Credit Union, or Banking operations -Familiarity with Agile methodologies -Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools -Exposure to digital transformation projects in financial services
