QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our fintech and core banking applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify issues, validate functionality, and deliver high-quality software solutions to customers worldwide.

• Analyze business and functional requirements

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

• Identify, document, and track software defects

• Verify bug fixes and validate releases

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently

• Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning activities

• Test APIs using tools such as Postman

• Maintain test documentation and test reports

• Ensure product quality before production releases

• 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance

• Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

• Experience writing test cases and test plans

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools

• Understanding of web application testing

• Basic knowledge of API testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

• Experience with Postman

• Knowledge of SQL and database testing

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Exposure to automation testing tools

• Understanding of fintech, lending, or banking applications

• Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools
